Here are a few questions commonly asked and their answers:
What is servicing?
Servicing is when various components are checked and parts with a limited life replaced (consumables). E.g. oils, brake fluid or the checking of your cam belt. It is essential for the general maintenance of the vehicle to do this. This way vital fluids and components of the vehicle don't run out, seize or deteriorate and cause damage.
Checks we require during servicing are:
· Change oil and filter
· Check air cleaner
· Check cv boots
· Check turbo oil feed (if turbo fitted)
· Check all fluid levels
· Check cooling system (including hoses)
· Check clutch adjustment
· Check cam belt
· Check transmission oil and service if required.
